Cancellation & Refund Policy –

At VentureEase Marketing Agency, we provide professional marketing, branding, and advertising services tailored to each client’s needs. Because our work involves time, expertise, and customized deliverables, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Termination of Services

• Clients may terminate their service agreement by providing at least 30 days’ written notice.

• Notice must be submitted via email to kaily@ventureeasemarketing.com

• If less than 30 days’ notice is given, the client will be charged for an additional month of services beyond the termination date.

Refunds

• No refunds will be issued for services rendered, deposits paid, or ongoing monthly retainers.

• All payments made are final and non‑refundable.

Client Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables during the course of the engagement.

• Failure to provide timely feedback or materials does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
